Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the booking enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and the rental dates you are interested in. Nothing else is requested, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the rental. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
Booking enquiries are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes what you type in the form to our email inbox. This means your submission is handled by Web3Forms' servers on the way to us, and their privacy terms apply to that step. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which serves these pages to your browser but does not receive the contents of your enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a rental are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Where a rental goes ahead, we keep the records needed for accounting and legal purposes for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email contact.silkroadrentals@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
